Summary: I was so delighted with this rental. Our hosts were super responsive during our whole stay. It had the most complete kitchen setup that I have ever had in a rental. I was able to make all of my dishes for our homecoming with no problem. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to store our clothing. We used the washer and dryer to do a load of clothing with no problem. But by far, the selling point for us was the deck above the river. It is a double story deck so we could sit above the water in the mornings and close to the river in the afternoon. Our hosts had a bird feeder right next to the deck which hosted many species of birds. We even saw a hummingbird at the hanging baskets on the porch. The area is very peaceful and relaxing. There was also a supply of fishing tackle in the laundry room if one wished to fish (with a license). If we are ever in the area in the future, this is the place we would pick to stay.
