Negative: Upon checking in, I asked about a late check out the next day and was told it would be no problem to stay until 3pm. I asked if I needed to fill a form out or something to confirm this. I was told that was not needed and the check in attendant would pass along the information. Around 12pm, we were asked to leave our room because it was never relayed to the cleaning staff or manager. They were kind to let us finish getting ready, but it was a frustrating and stressful way to end our experience. Otherwise, all staff were very kind and the room was very clean.
