2024 HOME IMPROVEMENTS: Rebuilt elevator shaft with new elevator, all new heating/cooling system with two climate zones, new water heater and dishwasher, new outdoor furniture, plus many creature comfort and aesthetic enhancements.
HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday weekly stays only.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 well behaved dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
