Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We stayed in a 3-bed room and, even though it was a little worn, we can’t fault it. Before our stay, we sent a message explaining that one person in our group had difficulty with stairs. We received a great response and were promised a room on the first floor—and we got it.
Negative: We had a problem with the AC, it was leaking alot. But staff did everything they could to fix and help us.
