It has a magnificent private terrace on the roof, a balcony, and shares a communal pool ideal to beat the heat during the summer months. It has two bedrooms located on the second floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has an area of 80m2 and is equipped with clean towels and sheets ready for use on the day of your arrival.
On the first floor of this beautiful apartment, you will find the living room and the adjoining kitchen. The living-dining room is fully furnished in a modern style, has a TV and a double sofa bed for two more guests. It is the perfect place to relax after a long day touring the city with friends or working.
On the other hand, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need to prepare your favorite dishes: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer, and stove. In addition, this apartment near the center also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces available on request.
