Positive: Nice spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. There's a nice communal kitchen upstairs with kettle, stove and washing machine.
Negative: The room wasn't very clean (full of cobwebs), but on my request they did some extra cleaning. A bit noisy from construction going on in the building next door.
