The Cottage: This cottage is in a great location for exploring all that Connemara has to offer. It is located in the quiet village of Moyard just a five minute drive from the village of Letterfrack which has good shops, restaurants and pubs, and also the Connemara National Park.
There are lots of great walks in the area, and the cottage is stepped back from the road on its own private grounds. It has 2 large grass areas which are great for children to play in while being safely away from the road. The property is on a raised site giving you views down on the beautiful Ballinakill Bay and towards Tully Mountain. It is in an ideal position to enjoy the long summer sunsets. The town of Clifden is just a 20 min drive away.
Inside: You enter this property by the lovely sun room which is a lovely place for enjoying an evening drink or nibbles in. Through the back door brings you into a small kitchen which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and also a dining table to seat 6 people. Off the kitchen is the large living room area. Here you have a seated area for enjoy the large flat screen TV and there is also a small dining area where you can enjoy the views of the sea while playing cards or read one of the books from the small library. The stove helps make it very cosy. The cottage has four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin all with newly fitted carpets. There is also a small storage room with Washing machine & Dryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower.
