This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage updated Kitchen and appliances, which included new cabinetry, countertops, and a new refrigerator. It has a nice back yard with outdoor seating, which provides plenty of space to have a cookout, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax with an evening cocktail. The home is equipped with 3 window A/C units, which keeps the property at a very comfortable temperature during the summer months.

Saturday Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will pick up keys from the Jean Knapp Rentals office downtown Ogunquit (located in the RE/MAX Realty One office at 84 School St. Ogunquit, ME 03907).
DO NOT Park at the Jean Knapp Office or the Rental Property Prior to Check In
Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Drop off keys to Jean Knapp office.Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please remove all trash and place in the appropriate bins.
Reservations require a 50% rental deposit fully refundable within 7 business days of reservation. Cancellations made after the initial 7 business days will be subject to our cancellation policy and fee- see Rental Agreement.
After the initial 7 business days, ALL rental deposits are nonrefundable. If the Agency is able to re-rent the property for same term and rate, rental deposits would be refundable less 10% of the TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
If you decide that you must cancel, you may not move your deposit to another week. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable.
