Summary: We had a great stay at the Cosby TN rental. It was a great location for our group. Close to rafting the Pigeon River, great hiking nearby - the Cosby nature trail was a beautiful and easy hike next to a lot of flowing water. The movie theater provided great nightime entertainment and the pool/ hot tub were nice ammenities for when we stayed in. We enjoyed Gatlinburg for a day and headed out to rafting the nantahala in NC - easy 2 hour drive - we went through the park and saw bears and elk along the way. This would be a great winter rental as well with the indoor pool. We had a group of 10 but could easily have slept 6 more.
