Sitting pretty in one of Kiawah Island’s most picturesque neighborhoods, our new "Amelia Cottage" at 37 Marsh Edge Lane is “just right” for your next Charleston vacation. This home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests with it's 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms all while nestled among the trees looking out over tidal marshlands.
This roomy, three-story hideaway features soothing neutral hues coupled with rich wood and Carolina blues throughout. Up the dramatic central stairwell on the main floor, you’ll find the primary living spaces and a wonderful guest bedroom featuring double queen beds and private bath.
Wrapped in polished oak flooring, is the living room with wet bar, large picture windows and direct access to the rear deck with breathtaking views of the marsh. The adjoining gourmet kitchen comes with all the trimmings and sits alongside a formal dining room with room for the whole family or dine al fresco on the spacious screened porch.
On the third floor, you’ll find a large den/bedroom with 2 twin captain beds, a queen bedroom with ensuite and the Master suite complete with a king bed, soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. Take in stunning river views from your private balcony - glass of wine in hand.
Staying with The Amelia Cottage, you will be near the 5 Championship Golf Courses on Kiawah including the renown home of 2021 PGA Tournament, The Ocean Course. **We will consider welcoming a well-behaved dog who is under 50 pounds, up to date with their vet care, recently groomed & preferably with good reference from a previous host. A maximum of one dog would be allowed given any stay. The presence of said dog must be previously approved by the property manager prior to your arrival. In addition to a damage protection policy, a separate nonrefundable Pet Fee of $500 will apply. Guests agree not to bring any other animals to the property.
