The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms feature two comfortable twin beds each. The fourth bedroom is perfect for larger groups or families, with four cozy twin beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. With two full bathrooms, convenience and comfort are at the forefront of your stay.
Venture down to the lower level and discover a second seating area, complete with a large TV, providing a cozy spot for relaxation and entertainment. The final bedroom on this level is thoughtfully furnished with another king-sized bed and two additional twin beds (two bathrooms with a shower). Step out onto the walkout patio, where you can revel in the beauty of the yard and gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

Take the shuttle to the town square where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and the year round ice arena! You'll also find Corcoran's pond with sandy beach, swim raft and boat rentals for the entire family! Hiking, fishing, biking and walks are also some of the other fun summer adventures.
For the winter, take the free shuttle to Waterville Ski area where you'll enjoy the new 6-pack bubble chair, ski rentals and lessons as well as ski trails for all abilities. Cross-country skiing is offered with several trails as well as fat bikes and snowshoeing. The tubing park is a fun time to bring the kids!
Access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for $20 per person or $50 per family per day. Open daily from 8am to 8pm, the White Mountain Athletic Club offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam room, gym, weight room, and more!
