This private, pet-friendly mountain view home is just down the road from the Waterville Estates Recreation Center and is an easy drive to many New Hampshire attractions and activities. When you walk into this home, you'll see the open layout with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area and window A/C unit. The 1st bedroom and bathroom are on this level. Walk out to the deck with seating to enjoy the fresh White Mountain Air. The 2nd level has a loft, and the lower level has two more bedrooms, another sitting area and walk out to the back area. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 adults or families up to 10 total.
At the recreation center, you can enjoy the 2 indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and bar area. There are also basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, plus a fun playground to entertain the children! One outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub! The Waterville Estate's Pond has a sandy beach, swim platform, and paddle boat rentals. In the winter, enjoy the ice-skating pond. Also, there are plenty of cross-country and walking trails throughout the Estates. Plenty to do for the entire family!
Waterville Estates Recreation Center offers one complimentary guest pass per property. This pass allows you to have additional guests for a fee of up to $20/day for adults and $10 for children 8-17.
This condo is also in a great location to explore the White Mountains. There are three golf courses within 30 minutes, as well as kayaking the local rivers. Plenty of hiking for all abilities, and in less than 30 minutes, be at many NH Attractions, including but not limited to SquamScience Center, Polar Caves, Lost River, Whale's TaleWaterpark, and Clark's Trading Post. A short drive to either Loon or Waterville Valley in less than 30 minutes to enjoy their year-round resorts with mountain bike rentals, ziplining, gondola rides, and much more!
