Positive: We loved everything about this hotel — the food, the staff, the pools, the beach, the view (sea view room), the sunset and sunrise, the friendly service, and also the location, which is perfect for exploring the southeast of Crete. Our son also liked the playroom, although as parents we see considerable room for improvement here. I also liked the concept of “adult only” zones to ensure some calm moments in a hotel full of children.

Negative: For children who went to the playrooms not to join the kids’ program but simply to play, both playrooms felt somewhat neglected. The toys were broken, incomplete, had no batteries or empty ones, or they were dirty, and this level of wear cannot be explained by just one season of use.
