Ski-on, ski-off condo at the base of Pico mountain resort. This one-bedroom, one bath, has a mountain view, including a Deer Leap overlook, from your 2nd floor's private balcony.
Once in the unit, you will notice that the fully equipped kitchen flows into a bright and airy dining/living room that features a large fireplace, vaulted ceiling, and skylights. The corner bedroom provides extra quiet and comfort for sleeping after a long day on the slopes; this is opposite the balcony side, with a great view of Bonanza - Pico's snow-sports learning terrain.
The Ski locker is located on the ground floor beside the elevator. The ski locker key is located on a hook by the front door. It is important to remember that the ski locker key should be returned to its designated spot after each use. It is essential to check for the ski lock key before leaving, and if it is not in its proper spot at departure inspection, there will be a $25 replacement fee.
