Perfect for families vacationing together or groups with children who need a space to call their own, Marina Cove Escape offers abundant amenities throughout its two levels, each with two bedrooms, bathrooms, and a living area. Adults will love the interior sophistication and well-designed floor plan, and kids will be delighted by the downstairs room with its side-by-side double beds and the colorful stacked innertubes right outside the patio door. Guests of all ages will be welcomed by serene views of Lake Oconee whose waters wrap around the community of Marina Cove and provide unparalleled scenery throughout the entire gated community of Reynolds.
The main level is defined by an open-concept plan that facilitates easy traffic flow among the kitchen, dining, and great room, all with hardwood flooring and bathed in natural sunlight filtering in from the covered patio and the slab glass French door at the front (with a keyless entry). The kitchen offers granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances including a bottom freezer refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stovetop oven. A drip coffee maker is supplied to begin or end the day with a fresh cup of guests' favorite brew. Cabinets are generously stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The dining table connects the kitchen and living area and can seat up to 8 with overflow being accommodated by an additional table and chairs on the deck, making eating in not only convenient but scenic, as well!
The living area is a cozy gathering spot with an angled flatscreen TV for easy viewing from either of the two sofas. Just outside the glass door is the covered deck, thoughtfully supplied with a table, chairs, rockers, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV – perfect for game days or Masters week!
Off the living area is the master suite with a king bed, flatscreen TV, armchair, walk-in closet, and plantation shutters that provide sweeping views during the day and privacy at night. The en suite bathroom features a double vanity with granite countertop and tub/shower.
The second room on the main level has a queen bed, footed ottoman, storage closet, and flatscreen TV. Next door is a full bath with a granite vanity. There is also a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer to help reduce the haul of dirty clothes back home.
The downstairs area features two guest bedrooms, shared full bath, office area, family room, and walkout patio. Kids will claim dibs on the two double beds, and adults can peacefully sleep nearby in the queen room. The full bath provides a double sink vanity with granite countertop, step-in glass shower, soaking tub, and private toilet. With its large flatscreen TV, sofa, and two leather recliners, the sizable family room is a favorite for movie night or relaxing after a fun-filled day on the water.
Whether guests are pining for a getaway full of high-octane adventure or low-key decompression, Marina Cove Escape offers hospitality suited for all types! It's situated just minutes from local shopping and dining. Right outside the gates of Reynolds Lake Oconee are Publix, PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, The French Hare interiors, and several neighboring boutiques. A few minutes south on 44, explore Harmony Crossing, home to some of our favorite cafes, restaurants, and retail shops. We also recommend visiting the historic districts of downtown Eatonton and downtown Greensboro. Be sure to check out the local events, festivals, and farmer's markets, too!
