Located in close proximity to the Soderberg Trail and other outdoor activities, this home is ideal for those looking to get outdoors and explore. This is a 2 story home, with the upper level having an open floor plan. The main living area has a kitchen, living and dining area. There is a center island which also has more space for dining. There are also 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lower level has a large sleeping area, private bathroom, and laundry area.
Guests have access to the entire home. The front door, located on the top level, has a remote keyless entry.
As a courtesy, we have coffee and a variety of teas, as well as spices for cooking. For an extra fee, we allow up to two well-trained dogs. Please keep pets off of all furniture, including beds. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to the allergies of many guests. Please do not access the lake using the dirt road across from the property. This is a private property and the owner does not want guests accessing the lake through his land. We also have outdoor security cameras to protect vehicles and the property. Summary: Everything was great about the property and hosts. Host was very responsive to questions and providing information. Location was absolutely perfect and property was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here every time we are at Horsetooth!
