The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 1 King room, 4 Queen rooms, and a bedroom with double bunk beds. Whether you're entertaining friends or reconnecting with family, the open-concept great room and chef-style kitchen offer both elegance and comfort.

Outdoor Living & Amenities:
The estate is designed for elevated outdoor enjoyment, featuring a waterfront pool with a slide, and a beachside patio with panoramic sea views. Enjoy direct water access via the private boat launch and three docks, one of which includes a jet dock.

The villa is equipped with a 2-person, glass-bottom kayak with paddles and life jackets. The villa is on the famous bioluminescent bay.
