The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

Bathroom: Located in the main hallway, it includes a full size shower and tub combo with a single sink vanity. It has been stocked with towels, blow dryer, toothbrush holder and shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
Bathroom 2: Located off the bedroom, it features a walk-in shower and a single sink vanity, It has been stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
First Bedroom: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock and plenty of storage in the closet.
Second Bedroom: This bedroom features a queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, alarm clock and plenty of storage in the dresser or closet.
Laundry room: The apartment features a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Please feel free to use laundry pods and dryer sheets that are available to you. There is an iron and a small ironing board for your convenience too.
OUTSIDE:
The patio provides a quaint sitting area to enjoy your coffee and the Arizona weather. Winfield at the Ranch has a beautiful heated pool and jacuzzi area, propane grill and outdoor TV area for guests to use. Be sure to check out the pet play area and the community swing area, for both adults and kids alike, with Mountain Views. There is a 24-hour fitness center for guests to use.
BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees of $115, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.
