Pet Friendly (one small dog) and offering fabulous views of vineyards, fig, lemon, apples, and surrounding gardens, this is wine country. The 5400 sq ft home features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and an optional cottage (additional rent) having a full bedroom and bathroom. The main house features 3 bedrooms (one on the main floor and two upstairs), Formal dining area (seats 10) as well as a huge eat-in kitchen with commercial-grade gas range Large living room, bonus room with pull out sofa and meditation/yoga area, laundry area and access to the game room.
Walking into this majestic home, you will find kitchen area, laundry area and stairs down to the game room to the right. Straight ahead and slightly to the right will be the formal dining area, the downstairs bedroom, bonus room and access to the porch area. Near the entryway will be the stairs to the second floor. The master bedroom with raised office space, ensuite bathroom, walkthrough closet and more will be to the left and to the right will be the second bedroom, also with ensuite bathroom. This second room includes multiple beds, room dividing curtain, and is set up for a delightful "sleep over" effect that will delight the young and young at heart!
The kitchen is well appointed to make staying in and cooking more enjoyable than a chore! The gourmet range, spacious countertop area and well stocked shelves will produce a meal fit for vacationing palates delight! Whether eating at the 6-person seating in the Kitchen area, while enjoying the gas fireplace, or in the formal dining area, enjoying the stunning view, you will enjoy your meal in style! The other two areas that would feed your soul, while nourishing your body would be the deck outside of the living room area, or down by the pool. Please use the plastic ware for outdoor eating and drinking. The living room also features a fireplace. settle into the comfortable couch and watch the flames safely dance and entertain in the gas fireplace. There are also a few games in the bookshelves you are welcome to set up and enjoy!
Off the kitchen, next to the bathroom, you will find the laundry room area and the stairs that will lead down into the garage. Walking through the garage area to the back corner, you will find a door that will take you into the game room. We hope you will take time to enjoy the foosball table and Air Hockey table. We do ask that you place everything back when you are done, so it will be ready for you or the next guests to enjoy!
The well manicured backyard features a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom and shower, fruit trees and lawn areas are ready to be enjoyed! Lastly, for guests who prefer a little more solitude, a guest house is located down the path. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house provides a sleeping space for two! There is not a kitchen or air conditioning in the guest house. NOTE: Heated Pool is open from early May to mid-October. Hot tub is open year-round.
