Blending modern art deco and classic Spanish style architecture is the aptly named “Pistachio House” for its vibrant use of color. Designed by local architect Jeff Shelton, known for imaginative interpretations of the Spanish Colonial Revival, this house won the rarely-given George Washington Smith Award. Three large Bedrooms offer adjoining Bathrooms in a home that fully embodies the indoor/outdoor living concept. With seven different finished outdoor terrace areas, all complete with fire pits, there’s always a place to enjoy the cool ocean breeze and a fresh margarita.
