Summary: The staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Upon arriving at 6pm, our apartment wasn’t ready due to a corporate event, delaying check-in until 7pm despite the 4pm check-in time, which was a bit frustrating. The front desk team was sincerely apologetic and provided some thoughtful goodies, which was a nice touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.
