You’ll feel immersed in the good life, what we call Pura Vida. Nestled on 2 acres teaming w indigenous flora and fauna you will experience up close counters with a myriad of colorful butterflies, exotic birds, curious iguanas, troops of howler monkeys and unusual insects.
Casa Aguinaldo was costume built in 2012 featuring modern tropical architecture with indigous hardwood throughout and an open floor plan. You will enjoy open air living with tri- sliding doors that completely open to the outside surrounded by stunning jungle views. Each bedroom is equipped with AC if you need to cool off. The pool is detailed with a wood dock, natural lava rock and turquoise Spanish tile. The Casa also features an 11ft single plank hard wood dining table, island kitchen with tapan style cooktop and granite countertops, perfect for gathering and cooking meals together.
The upstairs has indigenous hardwood floors and ceilings throughout, balconies off every bedroom, an upper patio and a custom master bathroom with quartz flooring and raised bowl sinks atop hardwood custom cabinetry. The beautiful white sandy beach is approximately a 15 minute walk with it’s 7 surf breaks ranging from beginner to advanced, incredible tide pools abundant with sea life and occasional nesting or hatching sea turtles.
