Casa Tranquila is a single-level home that sits on a beautifully landscaped lot and offers great ocean views from the garden and terrace. The location can't be surpassed, as it is very quiet but still not far off the Costa Rican beaten path. Casa Tranquila is a perfect vacation rental for couples, and friends, and since it has a strong Wi-Fi connection (optical fiber), it is the optimal starting point for people who work online.
This home is 5-star all the way--from Travertine marble flooring, ceiling fans, A/C, gourmet kitchen, to the oversized 6-person jacuzzi on the private deck with endless ocean and sunset views! The jacuzzi is not heated and serves more like a refreshing plunge pool.
The master bedroom has a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and linens, 40" Smart LED TV, A/C, full bathroom with dual vanity, quartz countertops, large walk-in shower, closet, digital safe, and ceiling fan.
There is reliable high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) at the house as well as Digital cable TV and LG Washer and dryer for your use. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, built in stove, wall oven, wood cabinetry and quartz countertops.
The living area has a sofa and a 50" Smart LED TV, Bose wireless Bluetooth speaker, and A/C.
The bedroom and the great room area have access through the sliding doors to the private covered terrace area and Jacuzzi. The terrace area has loungers as well as a dining table and your own personal Weber BBQ gas grill. All of this while surrounded in a pristine jungle environment amongst nature and within a private, secure community, close to many area beaches, yet far enough away from the tourists and noise!
This vacation rental feels more like a home—not a rental. We have done many things to make it feel like your home while you are with us here in Costa Rica. Besides some basic kitchen ingredients, the house is FULLY stocked with items for your personal use such as beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach toys, yoga mats and more!!!

Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile long white sand beach and is a lovely place to stroll down to the new Flamingo Marina. Enjoy the new Playa Flamingo restaurants, shops, cafes and seafront beach promenade there.
One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 15 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo Costa Rica is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. Try Restaurants like “L' Estanco El Jardin Escondido” or try out the “El Mercadito de Tamarindo Food and Cocktail Market” with its different takeaways. Learn surfing in the best surf school in town Witch's Rock Surf Camp and relax after with a drink directly at the beach.
Another recommended excursion is a 25-minutes drive to Las Catalinas Costa Rica. This is a lovely little beach town with small streets, squares with fountains and also very good restaurants. It's a bit reminiscent of an Italian village. For a special occasion, we suggest enjoying a wonderful meal at the nearby Casa Chameleon at Las Catalinas on the hill with a view over the whole bay of Playa Danta.
Renting a car is advised for getting around in this area with ease.
