RESI STAY Shinshin-en is a 160-year-old traditional townhouse with two Japanese style gardens.
You can relax to your heart's content while enjoying the view of the atrium garden.

Kyoto city levies a tax on all reservations staying from October 1st 2018 at all accommodations in Kyoto city.
If you have not paid the accommodation tax through Airbnb, you will be collected in cash at the RESI STAY Reception Counter.

【No smoking】
There is no smoking inside the building, balcony, nor on the streets surrounding the buildings.
If you smoke inside the building or on the streets, you will fined 10,000 yen.

【Noise】
Please be considerate of neighbors by kepping quite late at night and early in the mornig (10pm~6am). In the case if excessive noise or drunkkenness that cause nuisance for other guess and neighbors, it may result in the cancellation or cutting short of your stay.
【Cleaning and towels】
Cleaning will be done after check-out, and no cleaning will be done during your stay.
Towels are provided for the maximum number of guests.
Additional cleaning and towels are available for an extra charge.
【Rubbish】
Please bring all your personal belongings home.
A disposal fee 10,000 yen will be charged if bulky items such as strollers, suitcases, etc. are left at the accommodation.
※Please throw your rubbish only in the designated trash cans.
※Please do not put your rubbish on the road or in any rubbish bins of other buildings.
【Lost and Found】
If you have forgotten any items in your room, we will keep it for two weeks.
There will be a shipping and handling fee to ship your lost items. Small items have a commission fee of 900 yen and large items are 1800 yen plus the cost of the delivery fee.
※If we do not hear from you in regards to the items, we will dispose of them.
【Others】
You shall compensate RESI STAY for damage caused through intent or negligence on your part.
