The space
This rare top floor apartment is close to Edmonton International Airport (YEG), West Edmonton Mall (WEM), South Edmonton common and about 25 mins from the vibrant downtown.
You have the option to drive or go by transport as bus tops connecting you Century Park train station is just minutes away.
There are stairs leading to the living room, kitchen, dining room and bedrooms on the the top floor. There is a private balcony or patio with outdoor chairs for your relaxation. It also includes an ensuite master bedrooms (1 king bed) and rooms (2 queen size beds) with a shared 4 piece bathroom with bathtub.

The entrance to the property is on the left side and you have a key pad on the front door for easy access.
The entire home is included in the rental with the exception of one locked room where we keep our supplies.
There is no access to the backyard.
