A magical place designed for enjoyment and relaxation a few meters from the beach. It has a private swimming pool with heating included, outdoor jacuzzi, ping pong, billiards, barbecue area and much more. From the front you can enjoy spectacular views of the beach and the Dunes of Maspalomas.
THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, THEREFORE ALL ACTIVITIES THAT MAY DISTURB OTHER GUESTS OR NEIGHBOURS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

THE OUTSIDE AND THE MOST SPECTACULAR PART IS COMPOSED OF:

Additionally and next to the pool there is an en-suit room with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower.
In total 10 people can be accommodated. All beds are of the highest quality so you can relax and enjoy a great night's sleep. All rooms have air conditioning. The entire house is managed through automation and wifi in common area.
There are cots and high chairs available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. The cot and high chair will be provided only on request.

Summary: We recently stayed at this property for just under a week with a group of nine friends and it was fantastic. The place is even better than it looks in the ads, with a really modern feel and a great vibe all around. The beach is very close, just a 2 or 3-minute walk away. We managed perfectly fine without cars. The pool was a hit – we loved hanging out there. And for me, having a dedicated office/space to work during the day was a big plus. It was quiet and well set up, so I could stay on top of things without missing out on the fun. All in all, this spot was a winner for our group getaway. It's got everything you need, and then some. Definitely looking forward to coming back here!
