This very private property is an easy walk or bike ride along paved paths to either, so take your pick! Or explore the three more secluded beaches of Zenith, Wreck, or Box Beach in between. Just steps away from the newly upgraded Tomaree walk. This recently renovated four bedroom, two bathroom home offers three bedrooms and two living areas in the main, plus an added queensland room featuring a sunroom and fourth bedroom where you can hear the waves of Fingal Bay at night. The 8m pool contains a shaded entertaining area, a shower, surrounded by tropical gardens, and overlooked by the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the comfort of ducted air conditioning (and heating) throughout, or open the doors and windows for beautiful sea breezes. There are four covered areas for shelter on rainy days, including a large, outdoor, covered, entertaining area looking onto the landscaped backyard - perfect for enjoying breakfast outside or a BBQ on a summer afternoon.The backyard features concrete walking paths to wander through the native garden or for the little ones to safely ride trikes and scooters.There are no steps in this home or leading to or from the home, and the main washroom contains supportive rails, making this property a good option for less mobile friends and family members.
