This beautiful 4 Bedroom home features stunning panoramic views of Port Philip Bay, Mt Martha Headland and across the bay to the Melbourne skyline. The 4 generous bedrooms can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably.
Upstairs there are lovely polished timber floors throughout, a 64 inch Plasma with Foxtel, Bluray & surround sound. Adding to the picture are the stunning bay views from the lounge and kitchen areas opening out to an enormous deck spanning the width of the home including a large alfresco area with wicker outdoor setting for 8 guests, additional wicker furniture, ceiling fan and infra red heaters for those cooler nights.
The stand-out feature of this home is the spectacular elevated fully tiled, fully automated solar heated pool and spa from which you can enjoy the sights of the bay or relax on the padded day beds.
After the sun goes down, enjoy the deck as you view the twinkling of the lights around the bay towards the city as it comes to life.
