Charming villa with swimming pool located less than 10 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and the magnificent beaches of St Cyprien and Cala Rossa. Built on a fenced plot, nicely lit at night and not overlooked in a calm and preserved environment.
The property of approximately 220 m2 is made up of an air-conditioned main house comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 with their private bathroom / shower and a shower room to be shared for the other 2 bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, a dining room open to a fully equipped kitchen. The house has WIFI internet access, a flat screen TV, DVD player, bluetooth audio system, Nespresso machine, etc.
An air-conditioned annex with independent access consists of a games room on the ground floor and upstairs a large bedroom with its bathroom equipped with walk-in shower.
The house has several outdoor living areas: The heated swimming pool (from May) of approximately 10 x 4 is surrounded by a large terrace furnished with sun loungers and a pool house with dining area and barbecue. Directly accessible from the living room and the kitchen, a south-facing terrace offers a 2nd dining area with pergola.
Rental conditions:
30% deposit and balance 30 days before arrival.
Deposit of 1500 euros to be returned on the day of arrival.
