House Rules
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following house rules:
1. No Smoking
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please feel free to smoke in designated outdoor areas. A $150 fee will be assessed if this rule is violated.
2. Quiet Hours
We value a peaceful environment. Please keep noise levels low from 10:00PM - 7:00AM to respect
the neighbors, especially in the evenings.
3. No Pets
While we love animals, we do not allow pets in the apartment to maintain a clean and allergen-free
space for all guests.
4. Check-In and Check-Out Times
o Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards.
o Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please reach out in advance, and we will
try to accommodate your request based on availability.
5. Maximum Occupancy
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Please do not exceed the maximum
number of guests in the unit and all guests must be registered at the lobby.
6. Respect the Property
We ask that you treat the apartment with the same care and respect that you would your own home.Please clean up after yourself to a reasonable level and while a cleaning fee is included in your booking, an additional fee may be applied in the event of an excessive mess.

Guests will be responsible for any lost or damaged items during their stay. Please notify us immediately if anything is broken or missing. Unreported damages will incur in charges after check-out.
10. Parking
On-site parking is available for (1) vehicle. Parking pass will be given at Brunelo Front Desk at check-in.
11. Safety and Security
For your safety, we have a doorbell camera installed at the common entrance. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during your stay.
12. Local Laws and Regulations
Please respect any and all applicable laws while in Guatemala and any illegal activities will result in
immediate termination of your stay and the police will be notified.
13. Key/Access
You will find them in an envelope when you enter the apartment. At the end of your stay,
