Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Prima City. I have been coming to this hotel for several years, and they truly offer a unique service. The staff are attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. Housekeeping is excellent, with the floors cleaned daily, towels replaced, and everything kept spotless. In addition, the breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options (eggs, salads, toasts, juices, etc.), and the Shabbat meal is simply divine. A big thank you to the entire team – Shaul the manager, Sudani, Sahar, and all the others – you are all so caring and truly amazing! I am deeply grateful for the high quality of service and the kindness of everyone.
