This home is available for a minimum 6 month lease or longer. The rental price is discounted for your long term rental. The gourmet kitchen with dining bar is fully stocked and ready for the chef with more than all the essentials. It is open to the dining room with seating for 4 plus additional seating at the dining bar with 3 bar stools. The living room bay window expands the space and the gas log fireplace adds warmth in the cooler months. In addition to the living room there is a huge rear sunroom with lounge seating and Roku TV off of the the kitchen. A door from the sunroom leads to the multi-level backyard.
Your spacious 2nd floor, primary suite includes a king size bed, luxurious bath with soaking tub and separate shower and walk-in closet. Off the primary suite is a separate office with desk and reading chair and also sliding door to your private rooftop deck with lounge chairs and lake view. The 1st floor 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a single bed plus a fold out single bed ottoman, desk and chair. A 1st floor full bath is convenient to both bedrooms. The Primary Suite and Sunroom have Roku TVs and the Living Room TV includes a Roku stick. This home is also upgraded with a mesh network for faster internet. Permit 2 adult pets with combined weight of 60 lbs and $300 pet fee. All bed and bath linens, utilities and landscaping services are included in rent.
