It's a great place to entertain family and guests while enjoying luxury furnishings and lighting. The upstairs bonus room is equipped with a built in wet bar area featuring a wine cooler and fridge.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom with double vanities. An executive desk is located in the master bedroom for remote work or on-line classes. One guest bedroom and full bathroom are located on the first floor. The additional guest bedroom and full bath with a tub and walk-in shower are located upstairs.
Head to the private beach, just a short ride away, or explore Harbor Island. A private outdoor shower is located just outside of the garage and is perfect for rinsing off after a great day exploring Harbor's private, gorgeous beach.
Harbor is a very unique island that once visited is never forgotten and even harder to leave. Perfect opportunity to indulge and do nothing except enjoy all the wonders Harbor has to offer. The Harbor Island Racquet club is available to you during your stay.
Swimming pools, a kiddie pool, tennis, volleyball, half basketball court, pickleball courts, fitness/weight rooms, playgrounds, and bike rentals are all available to you right on the island. There are designated fishing and crabbing areas on the island as well.
Hunting Island State Park is less than a 10 minute drive, where you can explore the 2 different beaches, the Lighthouse, Nature Center and more! If you'd like to explore something other than natural beaches, historic Beaufort, South Carolina is just minutes
away, as well as both historic Charleston, SC (90 minutes away) and Savannah, GA (an hour away).
