The living area is located on the first floor. Here you’ll find a well-equipped, stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances—including an island with a built-in oven and glass range top—as well as plenty of counterpace for food prep. Access to a wrap-around balcony with lovely views of the neighborhood—including several palm trees—can be found just off the kitchen. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, with a table that can accommodate 6.

The comfortable living room is located adjacent to the dining area. Here you’ll find a plush sectional sofa, 2 armchairs, a large wall-mounted Smart flatscreen TV, and a nook replete with a selection of books to choose from!
