Steps away from restaurants, and a short walk to Philadelphia Convention Center. The house offers a mod kitchen and master suite.

The garage is large enough for a Jeep Wrangler, but we recommend parking a large SUV or Van on the street or in a nearby parking lot.

Neighborhood Etiquette: Our house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. Please enjoy the house, but keep noise levels to a reasonable level. Speakers and loud music are not allowed in the property. Excessive noise is prohibited by the City of Philadelphia and violators are subject to fines and penalties. Quite hours are 10pm to 8am per city ordinance. Absolutely no parties allowed.

Summary: Pictures don’t do justice here High ceiling and our party of 10 stayed comfortably. Cory is super responsive. Close to city center, there are amazing eateries around the corner and within 5 min drive. Several of my family members was attending ASN Renal Week in Convention Center, which was in walking distance. Neighborhood is quiet, you are also asked to be respectful with noise level. All in all, we had great time in Philly, largely due to staying here.
