Summary: A short stay at this rental. No major issues, and the property was well maintained as well as well-stocked and furnished. Many thoughtful features and amenities throughout the home. Two recommendations: Add a mention of the property gate to the check in instructions. There are other properties in the same location, the additional instruction would help locate the property more easily, especially at night. The non-working garbage disposal in the kitchen needs to be addressed, it was somewhat of an inconvenience. We understood it to be a known issue as there were printed signs placed to not discard food down the drain. In spite of diligently following the instructions, we found that water drains slowly and accumulates in the sink. These were minor observations only. We would return and rent this place again.
