This beautiful home featuring an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and tons of windows is new to our rental program beginning September, 2021. Purchased by the current owners in April 2021. Renovations since April include, a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new hardwood floors and Bose sound system in the great room, renovation of all bathrooms and new carpet. All furnishings, window treatments and household items are brand new. This fantastic home sits slightly back from the water and offers waterfront living on a protected Canal, water views, and a private boat dock (30 Hammock Canal #44). Unique details include: Cypress ceilings, hardwood floors, large outdoor shower, multi-level deck for entertaining, and a Circular Driveway. Enjoy Canal and Marsh views from the reverse floor plan. Living, Dining, Kitchen, Great Room and half bath are on the top level. There is also a King Master Suite and spacious en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub on the top level along with a newly furnished Screened-in Porch and wrap around deck. Enjoy sunset views on the furnished top floor deck which includes a propane grill, table and chairs. The mid-level boasts 3 additional bedrooms, including a 2nd King Master Suite with spacious en-suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom holds Queen and Twin beds, while the final sleeping area is a Flex-Space with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Day bed with Twin Trundle (not pictured). Also on the mid-level is a large Laundry room and a covered deck with porch swing. The ground level offers large enclosed outdoor shower and dry entry to home. The Pirate s Cove Resort offers a Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Community Pool, Playground, athletic courts (tennis, basketball, volleyball), and an outdoor pavilion! If you want to venture outside of the community you easy access to some of the best fishing spots on the Outer Banks and are close to downtown Manteo with its gorgeous waterfront boardwalk, shops and delicious restaurants! The Beaches of Nags Head are also a few minutes away! The home has a Saturday turn-day and parking for 4 vehicles maximum. There is no Covered Parking, no smoking, and no tenant pets allowed.
