About this space
A modern 3 bed / 3 bath home with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking & serving. Enjoy the floor to ceiling glass that fills the space with greenery. A private pool with a waterfall feature that's great for light shoulder massages. The backyard creek attracts a variety of wildlife, watch the monkeys play while you swim.
The Cul-de-sac location is unbeatable, with essentially no traffic and very private. The center of Uvita is only a few minutes walk with multiple beaches only 5 minute drive.
The space
Our spacious home decorated with original pieces of art, has an open concept with a fully stocked kitchen that makes it great for socializing while cooking.
It has a large dinning room for sharing meals together.
The cozy living room opens onto the patio and the pool allowing you to be inside while still being able to watch all of the wildlife that makes its home near the creek.
Each bedroom is equipped with large ceiling fans, AC (which are free to use), large closets with mirror doors, luxury bedding and lots of pillows. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and opens onto the patio. The second has 2 twins and a desk for working. While the third has a queen bed, its own full bathroom and a private entrance. from the carport.
The home is equipped with high speed fiber optic internet, making it a great choice for digital nomads.
The larger bathroom has a bathtub and they all have rainfall shower heads. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. We provide laundry soap and cleaning supplies.
You will the entire home to yourself which is located at the end of a safe quiet street and is bordered only by our other home and the creek.
The road has year round 2 wheel drive access, no 4x4 needed.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and property, except the owner cupboard located above the fridge.

The close proximity of these two homes make them perfect for larger groups that want to be close to each other while still having privacy.
