3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 2 Car Garage. My property sits about 4 streets above Kings Ranch Road, in Gold Canyon, with spectacular views of the Superstition Mountains. Home backs up to a wash/walking path and the neighbors homes are about 30 yards away on each side. Home is well maintained. I am the only one living here. 2 well rated Golf Courses in Gold Canyon. Adult over age 25, no smoking, no pets. 12 minutes from Gateway Airport, 30 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport.
