Located in a peaceful neighborhood which is just a few minutes away from the business district like I.T.Park and J.Y. Mall.
I personally welcome my guests and cook a tasty Filipino breakfast every morning,as I only live next door to the apartment unit. You will experience personalized service and genuine Filipino-Bisaya hospitality during your stay.

-Children below 9 years of age are generally free of charge (however, no breakfast nor extra bed will be provided).

Our studio apartment has a private toilet and bath with hot and cold shower, wifi, basic kitchen, uniquely designed foldable dinning table and comprises of 2 comfortable bunk beds(bed configuration:4 double-sized bed) with 2 electrical outlets beside each bed. Hair dryer and flat iron will not be in the room if not requested, so please inform us ahead if you need them.
The property offers a rooftop with mountain view where you can grill and relax in a hammock.
Room size is 20 sq.m., toilet and bath is just outside the room but private. Located at the 2nd floor of the building and rooftop is on the 4th floor.
