1 Bedroom Cabin in Erin
A private micro-cottage with a breath-taking view.
Perfect for anyone looking to escape the city of TO in less than an hour, seeking a place to just talk and enjoy nature or anyone who needs a secluded spot for rest, relaxation and contemplation.
The space
This is a 107 Square foot "bunkie" that was cut from genuine Canadian forest and built by hand onsite. The Setting is high atop a hill that has an amazing vantage point of the surrounding countryside. Just a 4 minute drive into the charming town of Erin, ON. We are situated approximately 20 minutes north of the 401.
Guest access
You'll have access to the bunkie and corresponding "Bunkie Bathroom" which is a short distance (and is shared). Think of this as tiny-house glamorous camping.
Interaction with guests
We are usually around during the afternoons for checkins and check outs and any issues that might arise throughout your stay. The Bunkie is rather private, but we live onsite down the hill and are very accessible if needed.
Our hosting style is more or less, give you space, but we're there if you need anything. You can self-check-in, or we can help you carry your bags if we're around.
Other things to note
Blankets and bedsheets supplied. There is NO shower or running water, just a separate shared bathroom with a composting toilet.
Firewood is available for a nominal fee.
