Thirty minutes walk from the beach, Quiet and peaceful, ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Alicante and Santa Pola, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
This four bedroomed extremely private villa benefits from Central Heating and air Conditioning and boasts one of the best private swimming pools you will encounter which has a main swimming area and a Jacuzzi area which will accommodate 6 people

There is access to the upper terraced area which has a Canopy to shade the area from the sun, seating, and area with fantastic views over to the bay of Alicante and nearby mountains.
