With an area of more than 320 m2 on two levels, the house can comfortably accommodate 12 people with its 5 bedrooms.
The ground floor, characterized by beautiful volumes due to high ceilings, is composed of a beautiful and bright living room with a dining area, a living room and an open kitchen, giving direct access to outdoor spaces as well as a separate toilet and a first bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Particularly user-friendly with its central island and the extent of its work plans for cooking with others, the kitchen is also very easy to live with (dishwasher in height, steam oven, bay window opening on the outdoor terrace where find the shaded dining area naturally ...)
