Summary: This property is in an IDEAL location for patient/family stay during the weeks after an organ transplant at Mayo Clinic. Only a short and easy 2 mile drive to the hospital. Nice on early morning lab draw days and any office visit follow-ups. Was wonderful not having to fight morning traffic on major roadways. Elevator in our building was a plus with a post surgical situation. Quiet apartment complex even though there are several buildings. Taking walks going north on the sidewalk of 56th street was very pretty in the evening. Helpful hint for the gates...Key fob works when you are very near the keypunch gate entry. Don't be too far away and trying to enter by fob! LOL. Exiting....stay to the right. People pull up in the middle and the gate won't open. I watched people sit and not know why the gate wasn't letting them out and it was because the were in the middle! Once you get the tricks down it is seamless! April (manager) was very personable and helpful!! We will be repeat customers at this location for Mayo Clinic follow up visits.
