Pleasantly situated adjacent to open fields and Brant Fell with plenty of walks from the door The Retreat is an ideal base to explore the Lake District or an ideal setting to sit and relax in a peaceful and tranquil setting. There is a private garden to the side with raised deck giving views of the lake and surrounding area plus a private courtyard with BBQ, seating, small garden store and bike anchor.
Private parking for one car is adjacent to the cottage (or two small sizes cars can fit one behind the other). Due to the decor and layout, The Retreat operates a strict No Smoking No pets policy.
