Country house on 5 acres - with beautiful 2 acre back yard lawn with creek view and shade trees very quiet and peaceful retreat - no traffic noise just nature. I am on 5 acres and and quiet country road for easy walks and cycling.
Close to shopping just 4 miles to Walmart.
Close to Dells attractions 10-15 minute drive.
Quiet Country Home, quiet area, plenty of hummingbirds and wildlife. Non-smoking, vegan/vegetarian friendly, ideal yoga/meditation retreat, or a fun holiday in The Dells, 5 acre beautiful yard surrounded by trees and a creek. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private kitchenette in 'Sunroom'. Very large kitchen. Long term guests welcome.

Summary: First off, owner was very nice and accommodating. We were able to park our 40' camper in drive and keep entire family in close proximity. However. The property is old and not in condition expected in this price range. Appliances were dirty (we cleaned tub, shower and microwave prior to use). Brought toaster in from camper rather than use the one there. Kitchen chairs need repair, if not replaced outright. The "new" refrigerator was only capable of 58-60 deg temps - insufficient for most items. (We were cautioned on this, and to use the old frig. But it was not markedly better, and ice cream was soft.) Electrical service badly in need of an upgrade. Multiple power strips in kitchen. Auto transaxle in driveway. We were warned about dishwasher door not sealing, so never used it. Was also very old.
