This apartment can be accessed from the main farmhouse. This unit offers a King bed, private bath. Kitchenette has coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. PLEASE NOTE: due to the seclusion of this property Wi-fi access is NOT provided and cell phone service can be limited. This property is located on a gravel road. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Units A and C can be added to accommodate larger families or can be reserved individually.
This property is located in the country just outside of Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. The Eagle Rock Recreation area offering a public swimming beach and Marina is a fifteen minute drive (day use fees apply). Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a twenty minute drive.

Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is two.
