The Space
Welcome to our comfortable retreat home in Lithonia, GA, offering a contemporary living space for up to 4 guests.
The living room is a cushy haven where you’ll find two comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV to kick back and rest your feet and watch your favorite shows. High-speed Wi-Fi in the home also makes it easy to stay connected, and there’s a home office for a dedicated workspace if you have a remote worker in the group!
There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials so you can prepare meals at home, which is a great money saver! You'll also find a luminous dining area near the window with a quaint table for 4 to enjoy meals together.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and Smart TVs, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom.
The location of this home is ideal, with easy access to local attractions, food, shopping, nightlife and more! Check out Stonecrest Mall, which has a theater and arcade, restaurants and nightlife, and it’s only 12 miles away.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to every part of the house except the 3rd bedroom, which is locked. It is closed while we renovate it to be an in-home game room!
It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
The Neighborhood 5 mins Arabia Mountain national heritage park and 12 mins to Stonecrest Mall (which includes movie theater, various restaurants, nightlife, arcade, and much more).
Lithonia is a residential suburb near I-20 with various options for food, shopping, and nightlife and near the Mall at Stonecrest. For outdoor lovers, there’s the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area, which encompasses over 40,000 acres of natural wonders, history, and state parks. And you’ll be just 17 miles east of downtown Atlanta and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, and tons of nightlife, partying, and loads of dining options to enjoy!
Getting Around
The Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located about 25 miles from the property.
There’s parking in the driveway for 1 car, and if you’re not coming by car, there are plenty of transportation options. You can take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Welcome to Georgia, where our lush, forested surroundings are a key part of the charm! Please note, due to the natural setting, you might encounter some bugs. We have regular pest control every quarter to minimize this, but occasionally, a few might find their way indoors. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- It’s a pet-friendly home with a maximum of up to two pets, and a pet fee of $100 applies.
