Our Quinta do Caracol is a beautiful typical house that is completely furnished and very comfortable for 6 guests.
Outside the house, you will enjoy the new swimming pool (heated if you wish, for a small supplement of 25€ per day), the garden with flowers and different nice terraces where you'll enjoy the sun.
The garden furniture enables you to have your meals outside, by the pool. There is also a big parking area, a big piece of land with cork oaks and swings.
The property is surrounded by a small wall and closed by a fence, which makes it secure for kids.
This is a calm and relaxing place that is close to all amenities you'll need during your stay. The first grocery shop is only 1-2km away.
The house is located in nature, at the end of a small road. The house's location is idyllic. The baies of São Martinho do Porto and Foz do arelho are only about 10 minutes away.
At Quinta Do Caracol, you will immediately feel at home.
The second house of the property is now home to a young couple of active retired couple. They are very nice and respectful. They enjoy exclusive access to the pool from 5pm to 7pm. The rest of the day the pool is for your use only.
