This inviting space is ideal for relaxing, reading, conversing, or watching a movie by the fireplace. A vinyl record player with Bluetooth capability is available to set the perfect sonic ambiance. From the living room, you can directly access the breathtaking outdoor deck, take in the scenic views, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the river by fire.
There is also a convenient half-bath located just off the living room and main entryway.

Amidst the open floor plan, the dining room anchors the tall, sloped ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, creating the sensation of dining in a contemporary treehouse. Located on the upper level, Room 1, aptly named "Stone" for its black, gray, and brown neutral tones, features a king-size bed with a rattan headboard, reading lamps, side tables, coasters, full length mirror, and a spacious dresser. This room leads out to a spacious portion of of the upper deck with cozy pod-style chairs for sipping your morning coffee and taking in all the sights and sounds.
The luxurious attached bathroom is fully equipped with a resort-like steam room. Enjoy the standard shower head with wand, two large rainfall shower heads, and a tub with tray for reading and relaxing by candlelight. Other things to note:
This is the mountains! So if you're driving yourself or renting a vehicle, we always recommend all-wheel drive for the most comfortable navigation up and down the various hills that North Georgia has to offer.
Our property is located on a gravel road, and our drive way also consists of well-maintained crushed gravel. The driveway declines downhill toward the house, getting closer to the river's elevation, so be mindful of your speed as you come and go!
